Triple pushchairs advice
Single, twin or triple pushchairs what is the difference. Well quite simply its how many little ones you want to push around!
Some baby companies have been slow to provide the right equipment for parents with three children under 4. However the revolution has happened and now there are a number of options available to help parents out.
As many of them are very similar to twin pushchairs they are easy to manage and quick to put down and up. They can be heavier than twin pushchairs, but many manufactures have tried to bear this in mind and kept weight addition to a minimum.
A triple pushchair comes with easy grip handles as they can be quite wide and so you need control. The seat units are multi position with adjustable calf positions for maximum comfort and adjustable safety belts. Pushchairs can be seen as a fashion accessory and many have funcky designs with off road tyres and smart stylish add ons. Manufactures state that most are suitable for use on pavements (normal use) and off road, but this depends on your definition of off road.
These buggies are very stable as they are already wide, so if you only have 2 or 1 child in any deat it will still be safe. Flexibility in seating arrangement is also important, so the following options could be applicable:
3, 2 or 1 normal seat positions
2 normal seat positions and one small baby carrier
1 normal seat position and two small baby carriers
Extra flexibility includes the ability to adjust the seat heights and calf supports to suit each child as they grow. Children under 4 vary in shape and size, so a stroller needs to be able to adjust to small changes in body shape.
As a parent of three children under 4, a triple pushchair is a wise choice.

The following idea has been adopted by parents on a budget. Buy a twin pushchair and a single pushchair and attach them using pushchair connectors. It means more time spent setting up, so ask yourself is it worth the cost saving.

I am not sure if it was based on research, but I did take a course in art that mentioned the way we seat students and their ability to learn. They said on one end of the spectrum, students are assigned and never moved for their seating. This is the boredom end. On the other hand, students were constantly mixed with choice to sit where they please. This is the over simulating end. It was suggested teachers seat students in a way that fits your lessons and style of teaching. There is no one seating to fit all.

Unfortunately, XXX syndrome is not considered a disability because it rarely presents in significant learning disabilities to the level that you mentioned above (though it is possible). Unless doctors have assessed her as a child and labeled her as having a learning disability, there's nothing anyone can do. At the age of 20, the girl in question will be considered an adult and a normal member of society and the courts will treat her that way. I know it sucks, but there's nothing you can do right now. Maybe a few years ago something could have been done, but they cannot force an adult to do anything unless she has broken the law, either knowingly or unknowingly. All you can do is report her if she does break the law in the hopes that the cops pick her up, notice her problems and refer her for help and treatment.
