Questions And Answers On Babies Movie

Rachel asks…
Agree or disagree , People who bring babies with them to a movie are morons ?
last year ,I went to see “Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning” and people had the audacity to bring in children as young as infants to three or four years old to see a film that is patently of an adult nature. Aside from all the talking, crying, and whining being a disturbance to others who are trying to watch the film, the act of taking them to see a film like this, or any other film of R rating is down right irresponsible, if not immoral.
I couldn’t even watch the movie ! the babies were making noises ! those kind of parents are morons .

Baby Talk answers:
In that situation it was wrong. But I’ll tell you, after we had our first, when she was a newborn, we went to the movies all the time. We’d go when it was time to feed her and she’d fall right asleep. No one even really knew she was there. Once a baby hits about 6 months it doesn’t work anymore. But before that, I don’t see the problem. Of course, we never went to see anything R rated or violent with a baby so that’s a slight difference as well.

Chris asks…
What theaters is the movie ‘Babies’ playing in?
I live in Oklahoma and was wondering what theaters the movie ‘Babies‘ was playing in. It came out yesterday (May 7th, 2010) and I’ve been looking at all my local theaters’ movies and showtimes but can’t find it. Help?

Baby Talk answers:
I know! Same here! I have been dying to see that movie, but it seems that none of the local theaters are playing it
maybe they are, they just aren’t showing that they’re playing it??? I have no clue. Big disappointment though

Soldier (1998)
starring Kurt Russell, Jason Scott Lee, Jason Isaacs, Connie Nielsen, Sean Pertwee
IMDb synopsis:
In a futuristic society, some people are selected at birth to become soldiers, and trained in such a manner that they become inhuman killing machines. One of the most succesfull and older of these soldiers (Russell) is pitted against a new breed of soldiers, and after the confrontation is believed to be dead. His body is left behind in a semi-abandoned colonial planet, where everything is peaceful, and he is taught about the other aspects of life. Jane asks…
What is Mari’s toy in the movie Babies?
Can anyone tell me what the toy is that Mari (Japan) is playing with in the movie Babies? It’s the one she gets really frustrated with it had a wooden rod and discs with a hole in the middle- I want to call it some sort of stacker but I can’t find any product like it online. I really want a toy like this for my child for Christmas. Thank you so much!

Baby Talk answers:
I am pretty sure it is a wooden stacker by Melissa & Doug. At the daycare I work at, it has one that looks a lot like that toy.
