Maximize Your Chance of Getting Pregnant – Part Two
Couples should try and have sex at least 3 times per week if they are trying for a baby. Unfortunately, ovulation cycles may shift from time to time. Regular sex not only fortifies a relationship, it’s a way of ensuring that no opportunities are missed. After you’ve had intercourse, try hard not to get up or move around for a minimum of 20 mins, this could help to keep your other half’s sperm within your body, again, accelerating the possibility of falling pregnant. Since nutrition plays a vital role in the development of a child, eating a healthy diet is essential. You should focus on foods high in lean protein, gets lots of fruits and vegetables, and carbs in the form of whole grains – brown rice, pastas, and wholewheat bread. The nutrients and vitamins that are found in specific foods can also help you in becoming pregnant. Folic acid, a vitamin needed by both mother and baby, can be found in vegetables such as broccoli, lettuce, spinach, cabbage, and kale.
Folic acid supports the development of a fetus and can stop draining defects, including spina bifida. Folic acid can also be found in bread and cereals and taken as a vitamin supplement. Beans, beats, and lean beef are packed with both iron and protein. These foods will help maintain high levels of iron throughout the body. A blood count low in iron, may have an effect on the general health of the ovaries, and may meddle with ovulation. Dairy products, seeds, nuts, whole grains, yeast, shellfish, and lean beef help maintain the health of your body’s eggs. Pregnancy will require higher levels of calcium for both you, and your developing child. Be certain to increase your calcium intake while you are trying to become pregnant.

Edit…pudding is full of sugar. Make a smoothie. Use whole milk organic plain yogurt, whole milk, banana, blueberry, and strawberry. Blend and serve. It is a yummy sweet because of the fruit. NO added sugar and great for a 12 month old.

First, your body doesnt know it's pregnant until after implantation, which happens 6-12 days past ovulation (your last "peak" reading).
Monitors can't tell you your pregnant based on your estrogen levels. They do not rise that much after implantation (it tends to be more around week 9 that you'll see a big estrogen surge). Also, the body normally will have smaller estrogen surges after ovulation.
I'm surprised your monitor allows you to test after it detects ovulation, mine doesnt.
Most western WA dairy farms are too small to fund & build their own digesters and market the products. That's where we come in.

I had the same problem as you .I checked my cervical mucus and finally discussed this with my RE.I was told,You can still have cervical mucus when you are not ovulating. Its basically a sign that your body did not released a egg or some might not be visible and your body is preparing for a menstrual period. It all varies with how long of a cycle you have.
If I was you,I would chart down all the symptoms and discuss with your doctor
this is absolutely false! If someone suffers from a condition that causes infertility such as PCOS, Hypothyroidism, Endo etc.. relaxing and not thinking about it is the worst thing you can do and can cause more harm than good. Infertility is only a symptom of possible life threatening medical issues.
